Amy is a registered member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She has experience working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
With a down-to-earth and collaborative approach, Amy understands that everyone is a complex individual. She tailors her therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing from various approaches such as evidence-based EMDR, Mindfulness-Based and Self-Compassion Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
